Innovative features, integrated into trusted software. With Version 6, we are introducing AI-powered functionalities for the first time to automate processes and make your daily work easier. Targeted optimizations of existing features, more personalized customization options, and numerous new enhancements provide greater efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness.

DispoCloud Version 6 – secure and smart planning for the future

Version 6.0 is more than just an update – it is a step forward together. Many improvements are the result of your feedback. That’s why we see this version not just as product development, but as a reflection of our collaboration.

Planning flexibility

With Version 6.0, you can create panorama pages directly in the planning view, exchange content flexibly between two pages, or easily create subpages from a selection. More flexibility in planning means shorter workflows and more efficient processes.

Modernized user and access management

In DispoCloud V6, we integrate Microsoft Entra as an additional authentication and authorization option, allowing you to:

• manage users and access centrally and modernly,
• enable convenient single sign-on (SSO) for your team,
• control roles and permissions in more detail via your existing Microsoft infrastructure.

More clarity and control

It’s often the small things that make a big difference. The new placement history ensures that you can track changes at any time and undo them with a single click. We’ve also redesigned structure management: clearer dialogs, definable panorama positions, and an expanded permission concept help you keep a complete overview at all times.

Getting started with AI – together with you

DispoCloud 6.0 introduces AI-powered features, marking an important milestone in our development. AI-generated placement rules are based on the analysis and interpretation of a listing’s placement message from the commercial system. The AI automatically derives a placement rule from this information, enabling listings to be placed efficiently.

This feature is available in Version 6 and is currently still in the testing phase, as we want to develop it together with you. Provide feedback and help shape how AI can make your planning even more efficient in the future.

Our focus remains the same: transparency and control. AI supports your work but does not replace your decisions – you always retain full authority over your planning.
